ABOUT JOANNE

Registered Nutritional Therapist BSc(Hons), mBANT, CNHC. Integrative sports nutritionist (CISN).
Yoga Teacher (BWY Dip)
Coach (MAC) and NLP practitioner (Sue Knight).

As a nutritional therapist, yoga teacher and coach specialising in health and sport,  I offer a unique blend of scientific knowledge and practical experience. This allows me to support digestive health issues (examples include bloating, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and reflux), which often contribute to the uncomfortable symptoms, feelings and worry. Alongside this I help people with their energy, weight, hormones, intolerances, cholesterol, diabetes risk, stress and resilience.

I have worked as a nutritional therapist for over 10 years and a yoga teacher for 15 years. I've worked with 1-1 clients, corporate clients (including Heathrow, IKEA, Microsoft, Nuffield Health and Bracknell & Wokingham college), people in gyms and in the community. and in private consultancy with high performing business execs.

With my experience, I've encountered many runners and sports people who exercise regularly and struggle with digestive issues and I've helped many to feel at ease and be able to understand what is happening and how to manage it.
