Gut issues or curiosity about the gut microbiome and wellbeing?
If you have digestive issues then it is difficult to think about anything else, in fact your brain and gut are connected via something called the gut-brain axis. I chose a career in the world of nutrition because I was diagnosed with IBS in my 30's. I used the advice of a Nutritional Therapist and also other techniques to help myself. That doesn't mean I am going to give you the same advice though, I will review your health and help you to find your root cause.

Digestive support includes food to add and remove, or eat more of. This may be for a few weeks, months or longer. It can include supplements that I will advise you on, and also stool testing that can indicate how well your digestion is working, the profile of gut bacteria and many other factors.

Gut health is also connected to everything else we do and how we live our lives; stress or life-load is actually a large factor. I can advise you on stress management through food, supplements, habits and as a yoga teacher I can give you yoga advice if you ask.
Do any of these apply to you?
